Georgian Town House

The client wanted to make some interior alterations to the ground floor of the B-listed Georgian house in Glasgow’s West End. The interior, and partially exterior alterations included the opening up of the interior spaces, removing some of the non-load-bearing walls, making a larger opening to the rear wall and adding a decking. Mila studio helped the client visualise the interior and exterior spaces. Once the design was established Mila studio, in collaboration with a chartered architect, helped the client obtain the planning permission.  The client felt in this way that they had more input throughout the process and the costs were reduced.
